Call Center

Frank and Jodie are working in a call center. Consumers call in to report defects in products that they have bought. It is their job to hear the people out and decide if they should get a refund. Sometimes, callers get really heated and lay into Frank and Jodie. That’s why Frank and Jodie have a Friday ritual of going out for drinks at a local bar. This really helps them relax for the weekend.
