Yes, if you act and move like a person, that person may like you more. They may not like you as much if you do nothing. They will not like you as much if you did not copy them. Researchers used an experiment by having a person move and act like people in the room.

This is what they found:
People who were being copied liked the mimicking person more but could not say why.
