Little girls like to try on Mommy’s high heels and little boys like to use Daddy’s hair gel. It is fun for children to play make-believe as grown-ups. This is the first sign that they want to matter more. Adults sometimes feel the same. Those who are not satisfied with small achievements go on to aim higher. It is our inclination to get ahead, which is also what drives our community forward.

We hear people talk about how they have done their best to finish a difficult job and why they have given up in the end. Sometimes they really have done all they can and sometimes they quit simply because they are not willing to sacrifice their free time or their other desires. There are always unseen sacrifices behind every success story. Achievements are not impossible if you can add a little more effort. What are you willing to sacrifice in order to get what you want?
